Privacy Policy

Introduction
Meridian Foundry (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small independent software company based in Texas. This policy describes how our website and our software products handle personal information. We believe privacy is a feature, not a footnote — we collect only what we need to make the product work, keep data on your device when we can, and never sell your information.
This policy applies to meridianfoundry.net and, by default, to any software we publish. Individual products may have additional, product-specific notices; where that's the case, the product will say so and link to those notices here.
Information we collect
Website
meridianfoundry.net is a static site. We don't run analytics, tracking pixels, ad networks, or third-party scripts on it. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and operations.
Products
By default, our apps are designed to keep your data on your device. When a product does need to transmit or store data (for example, to sync across devices, send reminders, or process a purchase), the product's in-app privacy notice will explain exactly what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.
For BillTrack specifically, bill entries, due dates, and reminder preferences remain on-device. We do not upload your bill data to our servers, and we don't share it with third parties.
How we use information
- To operate and maintain the product you're using.
- To respond to your support messages and questions.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability, when you opt into sharing that information.
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale.
Third-party services
Some functionality depends on services provided by platform vendors — for example, Apple's App Store for purchases and, where applicable, Apple's crash reporting. These services are governed by the vendor's own privacy terms. Where we use any such service, we'll identify it in the product's in-app privacy notice.
Data retention and deletion
Support emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your question and for a short period afterward. If you'd like your support correspondence deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. If a product stores anything on our servers, the product's in-app privacy notice will tell you how to request deletion.
Children's privacy
Our products are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Your choices
You can reach us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data. We'll respond in a reasonable timeframe and do our best to honor the request within applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the product. Continued use of the site or product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
